In a conversation at the weekend, it was pointed out that some people had got the "VIKINGS" bit, but not the fact that the Dateline remains substantially the same. Perhaps we could clarify it by saying the Dateline for the event is Stamford Bridge! The shipburning is generically pagan Viking without any firm Dateline. Regards, Kim Siddorn
