[Regia-NA] PA local group

I am in northeastern PA. ohio is a bit of a hike, but philadelphia is not a bad drive, 3 hours, Is there anyone in newyork state? im 15 and Cannot do anything to govern the society, nor do i truly understand grants of land, but it seems that ohio west virginia and pennsylvania could be one group. if there were other people in the surrounding are mabey the territory could be extended, but even with the interstate the apalachians are kind of a problem for east-west travel. if anyone has any idea on this please reply
