[Regia-NA] Tablet Weaving Loom - Constructing One?

Any tips/photos/drawings on constructing an authentic Viking period Tablet  
Weaving Loom would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!
I've got a couple of dodgy drawings, but no practical info and I don't  want 
to tie the warps to my body.
