[Regia-NA] Pennsic LHE

Have any further plans firmed up on a Pennsic LHE this year?  

When I spoke to Melisande earlier this week, at this point, her schedule is 
up in the air, although an LHE day late in the first week looked best.

Date -- late in first week, Fri, Sat or Sun Aug 12, 13 or 14 ?
    Also,every day of War Week ,second week, has a big points battle at 11 am 
Monday thru Friday

LHE Staff -- 
who, from those attending Pennsic, can act in these positions  ?
I) Living History Coordinator
II) Authenticity Officer

Further notes :

A)Need to decide on length of LHE, participants available, any large/workshop 
style exhibits ? Size constraints ? (50+ registered for Talymar's camp)

B) Put up a dining fly inside rope line for shade/rain protection, have 
participants bring their benches and crafts to work on. NO live steel combat- site 
rules apply. Use of side opening geteld for display ?  Also have a hospitality 
area outside rope line - water cooler, cups, info on RANA ?

C) Possible contents of exhibit inside rope line:
     woodworking, woodcarving
     cooking
     spinning/weaving/ textile arts
     polish/repair armor and weapons, weapons and armour display
     small work projects - metal file/polish, bone work , etc
     other activities of daily living

D) Sample text of notice to put in Pennsic Independent ( if LHE is on day 
that PI is published)
   "Living History Exhibit" by Regia Anglorum (use logo, explain RA)
    (Insert day and date here) _ pm to _pm
    Holt Herotes (W1) next to Midrealm Royal
   
     Possible feature article in Pennsic Independent on Regia Anglorum -- 
would need followup location for Pennsic goers to get more information, flyers, 
handouts, etc. 

What further items need to be considered ?
