[Regia-NA] OT - MS Service Pack 2 conflicts.

Hi,

I'm getting an apparent conflict with my (then) up to date Norton Internet Security 2003 package and the recently 
downloaded MS service pack 2 for Windows XP.

The Windows firewall is turned off, but I cannot access the Web unless I disable Norton - which makes it's presence 
rather pointless!

Even more worrying is that the Live Update feature no longer works, resulting in this message.

"Unable to connect to host
LU1803: LiveUpdate had an internal error while getting your updates. Your Symantec programs were not updated."

There is nothing about this on the Symantec pages and I'd welcome your advice.
