Hello Eric,

Welcome aboard. Douglas Sunlin and Jack Garrett are some of your 
closest neighbors. They are from the Bay area. I'm from Portland, 
Oregon, but find myself in San Pedro for the Ft. MacArthur military 
time line at least every other year.
