[Regia-NA] Added Payment Option !

We have added United States Postal Service (USPS) Money Orders to the
payment option - just ensure it is an 'international' money order (an IM1)
that you send.
I have on at least two occasions received the one that is meant only for the
continental USA (cannot be cashed in Canada) and this had the effect of
giving me the impresssion that there were no other options until I made
enquiries with USPS.
