The Schola Gregoriana have produced "Anglo Saxon Easter" and "Anglo Saxon 
Christmas" based on what remains of surviving liturgical notations.  I 
couldn't find either on Amazon.com, and only the latter on Amazon.co.uk.  
However, they are out there somewhere....
