[Regia-NA] Windsock banners?

The "draco" windsock that appears in this part of the BT:

...doesn't appear to be of the ealrier variety. I don't think there's a 
wooden head (like Brittannia's), it's probably more like a proper windsock. 
I was just wondering if anyone's made one.
