[Regia-NA] Windsock banners?

There's a chap in Oz by the name of Egfroth with nearly the same intent   -
he is on the Hastings 2000+ list and the NADARA lists.
He is planning on making the fighting Man banner though- perhaps you've
already heard.
I have discussed such a banner myself.
What specifically are you looking for ?
Size - large enough to be seem on the battle field.
Textile - Silk ?
