[Regia-NA] Niello?

Anybody out there know of a supplier of Niello powder? I know how to  make 
it, but lack the facilities, so need premixed niello powder. I can do the  rest. 
 
I bit esoteric this one I know, but I'd love to do a  proper Silver and 
Niello spear socket!!!
