Ihave not seen this film but a note of possible interest to those making chain mail.. in one of the appendices from Fellowship of the Ring.. the extended version...in order to make the chain mail worn by many of the cast several km of rubber? pipe of the appropriate width was split lengthwise and then sliced into appropriate size and then assembled into chain mail..Have not seen all the section on armour but the swords they turned out looked just fabulous.. the costumes were pretty impressive too.

Not too shabby, save for the fur-bearing critters :o)

Roland looked great as the Emperor, and Kim in his waistcoat looked snazzy. (Was that the mail you sold me?...more of the mail was featured than my gorgeous visage!) All that time on Sunday morning with the kids in the rain and cold, and they only used 5 seconds worth. Great to see Nigel, Dave, Dave, Al, Lil' Pete, and Paddy.
