[Regia-NA] Fulling mills

Can't trace late Norse fulling mills in Scotland, though I strongly =
suspect
they're Orcadian. Note that by this period [Late Norse is 1100-1300ish]
water-powered mills are coming in. iirc there are a couple of 11th cent =
refs
to water-powered fulling mills in England - and trip-hammers for forges
[note Juan, not that 'primitve' blacksmithing :)].
