[Regia-NA] Wulfhere's archery query

Yes, I am asking if there is a stated policy for archery in Regia. For 
that matter, if you have published details on any thrown weapons, I'll 
look on that as well.  Heck, the way I shoot, I might as well just 
chuck a hatchet at someone.
