As some one who knows Tom Foy (Owner of The Archery Centre) if his spearhead
is not appropriate for Regia and he is advertising it as so, then it may be
worth Kim or the MAA telling him.
 
He gets all his arrows made by a local Blacksmith, and I assume this is who
does the spears.  Tom is now a re-enactor so he will happily change the
spears to Regia spec, if he can.
 
As I said he is a good guy so he will chage them if it is in his power.
