[Regia-NA] Spear site

I have written to Rob Taylor of Jelling Dragon to ask for clarification of
the suitability of his spearheads for Regia use. I have scanned the MAA regs
as a jpg and have put it on webshots under

It is in the first album, "Kim's views" simply because its the first one
that comes up.
