I wear a coloured underdress and no chemise..and today its hot so I have a
linen overdress on as well...If it is hot I tend not to wear my mantle.Gail
Owen Crocker's book..dress in anglo saxon england is being reprinted at the
moment..hazel will have full details.
clothes motjhs are killed by freezing as well...clear the space and leave
fleeces for at least 10 days....If you wait a couple of days I can send you
pics of a WWL and diagrams. there is a picture in the new birka textiles
book,
