[Regia-NA] "what's an Authenticity Officer look like"?

Hi Osweald,

Is the idea here that we should have one AO for all of North America, or
one for each local group?

I'm not sure that having one person for all of NA is much of a benefit,
since we'd probably be corresponding with that person via email, which
we can already do with the AO from England.

As for local AO's -- 2 of us from Wynmerestow are headed over to the UK
for the upcoming Shrewsbury training weekend, including our volunteer to
be AO, ( Chris Kerr ), so I guess we're working on the "indoctrination'
part :)
