Funny you should ask this.  Last year we had the debate about civilian skills 
accreditation.  The page for signing has been there longer than I have been a 
member, but in nine years, I've never known anyone use them.  We are now 
trying to come up with a system (for those who want to use it) for 
recognising civilian skills on a par with recognition of military skills.  
But it'll take a long time, I expect.
