I am sure that Andy can expand on this but, the majority are in Edinburgh 
although Kelvingrove in Glasgow does have a few nice things on display 
however they are closing for ~30 months for refurbishment. The Huntarian 
here at the University of Glasgow has some nice things including a large 
thistle penanular, balance scale and weights.
