    That is correct.  The time from 2-9 Aug is called Land Grab & is a lot
more laid back than the rest of the event.  It is a time to get set up & all
the camps laid out (dealing with 10-15K people is a little different than a
few hundred).  Merchants can not start sales until the 10th & sales stop on
the 16th.  The site must be cleared by the end of the day on the 17th.
