[Regia-NA] repeatsrepeats

Many will recall that I had a most annoying difficulty with my Outlook 
Express in that it would not transfer sent e-mails to the correct folder, 
leaving them in the Outbox where they get repeated.

It went away for several months without any action on my part but it is back 
I'm afraid. I am moving them manually, but should have my new 'pooter up & 
running very shortly.
