[Regia-NA] permission

I have a copy of Wulfwyn"s World-wide Cauldron by B.R. and S.M. Levick.  The other people in my early period group are drooling all over it.  To save my book I would like to make copies so that the other people can drool over their own.  How do I get permission to copy?
