[Regia-NA] Other problems

Most of the people in the path have already left.  Bill Tate called me
from Tennesee to let me know they had evacuated.  The Central Florida
people are only getting wind and rain, which is admittedly bad enough. 
The one I'm conerned about is Grace.  Haven't heard whether she
evacuated or not.  I'll keep ya'll posted as more info comes in.
