Hello Zena

I'm in Saskatoon as well, I can't recall if we met at any of the local SCA
events. I run Nordhere, which is an 11th century Living History & Re-enactment
group, similar to what Regia does- in fact, we did a couple joint events with
the Canadian Regia group this summer. More specifically, we've been focusing on
Earl Breon's Familia troops and the Devonshire Fyrd around the time of the
battle at Tavistock, but we're pretty open to more general stuff- we helped do
a Viking gig at the Icelandic Festival in Manitoba about a month ago. We're
spread out through Saskatchewan, Alberta and NWT, about fifteen members, with
about eight seriously interested people.

If you and your boyfriend are seriously interested in checking out 11th century
Living History & re-enactment, please let me know- we're discussing one more
event before snow flies, a joint effort between us and Deux Aie (Norman
re-enactment in Calgary). Right now it looks like I'll be at the Saskatoon
event in October, can't say for sure though.

TTYL,

~Wil
