Less than a month to go until Forward Into the Past (FITP)!

Site fee with a full day of classes is only $15 if you register before 
the day of the event.

This year's Keynote lecture is by Dr. Leigh Symonds of Trent University 
who will be speaking on "Warp and Weft, Sword and Spear:  exploring the 
construction of gender in Viking and Anglo-Saxon communities"

Following the keynote lecture there will be a full day of classes.
Currently 92 hours of classes are available on a very wide range of 
topics.  The hardest part is always choosing what you will have to miss....

Once again this year Utsi will have her lunch counter set up and rooms 
have been set aside to let you enjoy your food (assuming you are willing 
to skip a lecture....)

Since it was so popular last year the gym is being turned over to the 
dancers following the end of classes.  Bring your garb, bring a bit of 
dessert to share, and spend the night dancing.  There is no charge for 
the evening dance.  Utsi will stay open long enough for folks to grab 
supper after classes....
