I'm waiting for a return call from the Canadian distriubutor - I'm hoping there will be a 40% discount to enable me to apply a 37% - 38%% discount plus postage.
Please note that this appears to be in hardback only - I will confirm and also if and when it is expected to be released as softbound as the price would be considerably less (hopefully).
I will confirm all this and let you all know once I hear from the distributor.
