i have read about these vikings before who were on and island and thought the war was..... wait those were the japanese.... well maybe there were some isolated pocket of vikings who happened to continue early ways for an additional 300 years oh yeah and the winged hat became fashionable... At any rate the two  shamans in  the last picture have costume that is authentic enough....
