No problems with Third Party liability. Its up to individuals if they =
want
to take out inter-member liability. It would be *very* unusual in the =
UK for
someone to sue you for an accidental injury on the field of battle. I
suspect they would have to *prove* 'malicious intent'. Personally I've
always considered it an acceptable risk element - our insurers did say =
that
it was demonstrably safer than playing rugby [similar to American =
football,
but without the padding].

As for the Saxon, some nice chap threw me a dane-axe [no kidding] and
Hrothgar got battered backwards to his own lines :) - nothing like a =
happy
ending.
