Been awhile since I've posted to this list. A decent supplier of cloak clasps 
among other items that has been recommended to me is Raymond's Quiet Press. 
This may help or at least be a start. I plan on getting their Late Roman belt 
fittings in the next few months for a project I'm working on. They have a 
good selection.
