Hello,
Does anyone know of any books dealing with the Oseberg
ship? And what was found on the ship?

greetings Bruce
=20
I recommend the following:
=20
Sutton Hoo books
Sutton Hoo Excavations, 1966,1968-70
The Sutton Hoo Ship Burial
The Sutton Hoo Ship Burial, A Provisional Guide=20
The Treasure of Sutton Hoo =20
=20
The best of the above is The Sutton Hoo Ship Burial by Robert =
Bruce-Mitford (ISBN 071411331X), it is a 3 volume set which is basically =
the site report
=20
as for what was on the ship, there is a plethora of items, for a basic =
idea see the appropriate part of one of my basic pages of "Viking" Age =
Ship burials (note some of the finds located on this page are to early =
for "Viking" age and some aren't even burials, just things i noted when =
i started getting interested in similarities in boats of the age.)
