on a tangent... Having raised a Targhee wether until his hoggett shearing [a year & 3 mos ??], before tossing his carcass in the freezer, I can attest to just how awful sheep fat is. But, the grilled chops.............. absolutely delicious. Do come over & we'll share. A good friend also has sheep & goats... we can have a merry feast... Somebody bring a boat to burn! Jennifer
