My favorite question from MotP is, "Do you live like this all year?"

Dear Doug,
Perhaps I have this in the wrong order, but I thought that Kim was due to
meet you first and then was going to do Sushi....and knowing Kim and his
culinary habits, I was surprised that he was as we say here, up for it! I
shall say no more other than Kim is no food explorer and he'd sooner be
flayed alive than be reduced to being a vegitarian ( I know I said reduced -
but I was struggling for an adjective ).
So how did he get on? No Sushi I've seen could be described as a banquet...
As for your previous point below - we don't have a boiler as such. The
cauldron is over the fire most fo the time with water in it. From here we
decant the boiled water into a ( in our case ) a footed and spouted pitcher
which has the tea in it ( herbal infusion ). From there it is dolled out to
the hungry as needs be. If anyone of the public should feel the need to see
what we have in our cups we 'fess up - as they by then are curious about how
'we' live as 21st century peolpe - which is daft really as it not much
different than camping anyway.
Cheers, Roll.
